it was a hot summer day, i walked to MOMA but suddenly it started to rain. i had to run on the street and cover my camera with my shirt... at last found this place to hide. people were gathering here, and talking to each other, waiting for the end of the rain.
it was something about the mood, the lights, or the smell of the rain below the giant buildings... i dont know. But i think i will remember that day for the rest of my life...

absolutely!....i've a few moments like that, but i love this one of yours especially for the beautiful capture of the surrounding architecture....simply the composition of all the geometry and the few spots and ribbons of incandescent lights in the buildings.....it's the kind of shot i've always looked to make in such a city as nyc...this is truly an inspiring shot, esp. with the account of the rain ..
