Faces of Dubai 2. - Gamers

Walking at night in Dubai...
Right beside the spice market (they call it spice souk) there was a place for gamers.
An abandoned square with some traces of destroyed buildings.

The square was full of tables. Twelve or more. Four player at every table, the game was something like soccer.
One player had two white disk, the other had two black disk. the goal was to shoot a goal or more.
It was interesting, that there was powder on the table to achieve quicker gameplay.

They tried to explain the rules but were not speaking good english. I asked then for taking photos. the clicks were audible for everyone on the square, the plays were freezed and almost everyone stared at me for a moment.

At first sight it was scary to be at a place like this, at night, at an abandoned place, circled by 50 or more stranger.

But it was only my prejudice and thats why I was ashamed.
After a few minutes I started to enjoy the game.
